A journey guided by a powerful force that transcends logic and reason, one that I now call my “SecretVibes.” It’s a journey of going from a humble Rs. 10,000 monthly salary to an awe-inspiring Rs. 10 lakhs per month (including perks) within the span of a decade—a true testament to the 100X growth that defies ordinary comprehension.

Starting my Career in India

On Jan 2010, I began my career at the e-commerce behemoth, Amazon India and supporting Global teams, a platform teeming with ambition and innovation. My dedication and fervor earned me the distinction of becoming one of the youngest managers. Yet, there was a gnawing restlessness within me, to travel abroad. It was in the midst of this yearning that I discovered the transformative powers of the “SECRET Law of Attraction.” The revelation came in the form of a book, “The Secret,” and its cinematic counterpart that unfurled a new chapter in my life. With newfound wisdom, I began weaving dreams into the fabric of my reality.

My career took a swift turn. I transitioned from one department to another department (Fulfillment) where I had started a vibrant career and my salary multiplied. I found myself in the heart of Mumbai, learning the art of building businesses from the ground up. I took the first flight in my life and from there, my journey only accelerated and traveled throughout India to top cities like Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, Chennai, and more.

My dreams transformed into stepping stones, leading me to the right places at the right times, and connecting me with the right people. I got a promotion and moved to a new business, when my HR asked what’s my Motivation, I said about my drive in life, hearing it he just tapped my shoulder, and gave a big smile. My ambitions were huge and wanted to travel abroad and I started looking for new guidance.

Meeting my MoneyGuru

The pursuit of growth did not end there. My path crossed with that of my first mentor, a “Money Guru” named Suresh Padmanabhan. Under his guidance, I delved into the intricacies of the Law of Attraction. In an astounding span of 21 days, I found myself securing my first job abroad, in the enchanting realm of Thailand. The words “Wow!” echoed in my memory as I embarked on this new chapter. I took my first flight to a foreign country for the first time, a dream come true moment😊. My salary multiplied around 4X, from being an Area Manager and Subject Matter Expert, I moved to Managing projects in multiple countries.

Starting my Career in South East Asia

In Thailand, I played an integral role in the Lazada and Alibaba merger acquisition, traversing through the tapestry of Southeast Asia. I already hold a Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management. This helped me to train and coach the Managers in Lazada on Operational excellence. I traveled to multiple countries like Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam etc. My coaching experience started here, I was introduced to Coaching by Dr. Chérie (“The Mother of Coaching “) Carter-Scott, Ph.D., MCC in Bangkok and she kindled my love towards Coaching and then it never stopped. I have many good friends in Coaching like Rolf from Beunite. from whom I experienced more team-building exercises, I used to join him during his training sessions for multiple MNC CEOs. It was a great learning experience. His family is so sweet and helpful, and I learned a lot of both personal and professional lessons from him. His support really helped me to keep my balance living in a non-English-speaking country for the first time.

Starting my Career in the Middle East

As my ambitions continued to grow, my dreams began to depict towering glass buildings and a life steeped in luxury. I don’t know which place was this and I used to draw it in my affirmation notebook and again in the next 21 days I got a call from a superb CEO from one of the top awarding startups in the Middle East. Yes, my next destination was Dubai, and I joined one of the most promising startups, Fetchr. Thank you to Idriss Al Rifai, Joy Ajlouny, and Omar Yaghmour for giving me this great opportunity. The three co-founders I will always remember in my life for placing the basic foundational knowledge on Startups. My journey through Dubai ushered me into the company of one of the startup world’s luminaries, multiple founders etched the fundamentals of startups into the fabric of my career. My time in Dubai took me to neighboring Arab lands, kindling a desire for a tranquil and harmonious existence in a different world. I worked in other startups in Dubai and met awesome founders and will mention them in the upcoming blogs.

In Dubai, on Day One I started going to a Metro station to reach the office and was Zapped by the view on the way near my home. I exactly saw the place that I saw in my dream in Thailand. Yes, it’s the law of attraction which brought me here. Later I moved to different houses and finally, to an apartment in the 45th-floor abode that offered an unparalleled view of Dubai Beach on the east, Dubai Lake on the west, the pure Dubai desert sands on the South, and my company HQ on the North, a visual testament to my dreams realized. My salary multiplied during these periods and my career was very stable.

Starting my career in Japan

At one of my regular coaching sessions with my Guru Suresh, he asked me why I didn’t move to a different country for a different experience. By this time, Dubai had become my second home. Suddenly he suggested I go to Japan, I had no idea about it. However, I followed my Guru’s advice and called one of my best Mentors, whom I look at as my Benchmark, and then the magic started again. On a beautiful day of the Mahashivaratri in February 2019, I harnessed the Law of Attraction to secure a job in the Land of the Rising Sun. In the next 21 days, I got a call from Kavi, CGO and CEO of OYO Homes, Japan.

After the stringent interview process, got a job and in the next couple of months, I was living my dream in Tokyo, Japan. He might have placed me in any country, but he asked me to come to Japan to build the business from scratch, again the SecretVibes worked here and my salary multiplied I reached the 100X mark and my salary was more than 1 Crore rupees (including perks).

In Japan, I met Kavikrut, after 7 years, and the first word he told me was, you have transformed from a Boy to a Man. No words to describe this moment, throughout my career I looked at him and was growing. I went to Harvard by his inspiration. During this time, my father passed away and I was planning to come back to India permanently. However, in Japan, I was bestowed with the title I had dreamt of – Director. This was a title that held deep personal significance, as my father had held a similar position. It was a poignant moment when I received this role after my father’s passing. As a respect to my Father, I took this opportunity.

Japan, the land of humbleness and respect offered profound lessons, both professionally and personally. Meeting Ritesh Agarwal, CEO of OYO, added remarkable dimensions to my journey. From his speech, I understood what is DREAM BIG !!!. I started taking more responsibility in the Organization and ran Kaizen campaigns for continuous improvement. Teaching Kaizen to Japanese is not easy. Hence, I started taking Kaizen classes in Japan and during this journey I had the privilege of visiting Toyota Manufacturing and Museums, unraveling the secrets of Kaizen, the philosophy of continuous improvement.

A climb to the summit of Mount Fuji and a pilgrimage to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s memorial enriched my life’s tapestry. My grandfather, was associated with Netaji, and met him in Japan, it was a great honor for me to visit the same place. When I called my mom through a video call, she was filled with tears. How did I know this was my SecretVibes? when I came out of Netaji’s place, I was hungry when I looked for the nearest restaurant, the name of the restaurant that I found was “GRANDPA” 😊 Thank you to my Grandfather, Mr. Muniyappan.

On Jan 01, 2020, I did the 10 days Kumano Kodo trail, seeking Life’s purpose, and as I served as a Director, a new opportunity and calling beckoned, a summons by the universe to return to my mother’s side during the times of the COVID pandemic. My mother’s unwavering desire to have me by her side, her own subtle manifestation of the Law of Attraction, led me back to Chennai, my homeland. In my mother’s presence, I found solace, and the direction of my journey shifted yet again.

Turning my Passion into a Profession

An innate creator at heart, I ventured into the realms of organic farming and the promotion of millet. The journey led me to training camps, provided by Nammalvar Iyya, institutes where I imbibed the wisdom of natural farming. My travels took me to the doorsteps of farmers, and I aided in the digitalization and sale of their products through online platforms, including giants like Amazon and Flipkart.

As I stand at the crossroads of my journey, I am struck by the realization that my voyage has not been guided by logic; it has been a journey of pure magic. The container of my life has overflowed with experiences and moments that defy comprehension. The Law of Attraction has paved my path, but there is still much more to uncover and reveal.

Now, as I stand on the precipice of the unknown, my heart is filled with the desire to share the secrets I have learned from the masters who have crossed my path. The time has come for me to impart the wisdom of “SecretVibes,” to illuminate the path for others to follow.
